The pilot is limited to 20 spots because we want to work closely with each partner. The pilot is completely free. You get direct access to the founding team, real influence on the roadmap, and massively discounted pilot partner pricing at launch.
What Controvo Does
Controvo is the first monitoring and management platform built exclusively for 3CX. It connects to your systems through 3CX’s own APIs. Agentless, no software to install on client systems, supports both v18 and v20.
One dashboard for everything. System health, extension counts, backup status, license expirations, trunk activity. Across every 3CX system you manage.
Policy engine. Define your configuration standard once. Apply it to any number of systems. When something drifts — a quick fix that bypassed your process, a setting changed ad-hoc — Controvo catches it. You choose the response per setting: get notified, let Controvo fix it automatically, or both.
ConnectWise PSA integration. Companies, Contacts, and Sites sync from ConnectWise into Controvo. Service Tickets push back. If you don’t use ConnectWise, CSV import and export covers reporting, audits, and client reviews.
Why We Built It
We own a VoIP provider. We manage 3CX systems for our own clients. We built Controvo because we needed it. No RMM understands 3CX at the level we required. Generic tools monitor servers, not extensions, trunks, call recording settings, or backup configurations.
