March 31, 2026 — Phone Dependency Fixes

Phones — Fixed a bug that may have shown phone dependencies inaccurately. Updated the Phone dialog that displays dependencies.

March 30, 2026 — Phones, Export & Dark Mode

Phones — Added Department name field. Updated export logic to include previously missing fields.

UI — Fixed a dark mode compatibility issue in the customer loading page.

March 27, 2026 — Test Connection, Alert Thresholds & Dashboard

ConnectWise Customer Mapping — Added a Clear Filters button to the mapping table, matching the existing toolbar style.

Bulk Delete Permissions — The bulk delete checkbox in the role editor is now independently selectable. Enabling bulk delete automatically implies read, create, update, and delete permissions.

Phone System — Test Connection:

New phone systems now require a successful Test Connection before saving
Connection failure messages now include Controvo’s outbound IP for firewall allowlisting
Changing the FQDN, username, or password clears the test result and re-locks the save button
Connection Details and Authentication merged into a single card
Fields below the connection card are greyed out until the test passes (new systems only)
Test Connection button is right-aligned with an inline status badge

Configurable Alert Thresholds — New Thresholds button in the phone systems table toolbar. Set personal warn and error thresholds for: Extension Registered, License Capacity, Active Calls, Memory, Disk, CPU, Last Backup, and License Expiry. Settings save per user in the browser and will sync to user profiles in a future update.

Dashboard — Edit mode layout (hidden cards and thresholds) now persists per user in the browser and will sync to user profiles in a future update. The CPU, RAM, Disk Distribution, and Systems Requiring Attention cards are now hideable. Removed a phantom 0 SC entry from the SC Distribution chart. Coming soon: Backup Now button and the ability to save your layout as the company default.

3CX Assets — Filter Alignment — Global filter dropdowns and the Clear button are now vertically aligned and consistently sized. Selected filter chips now use squared corners instead of rounded pills.

March 26, 2026 — ConnectWise, Permissions & UI

ConnectWise Integration — Added “Ignore” / “Do Not Map” functionality for customer mapping.

Permissions:

New permission for Global Policy Updates
New bulk delete permission for 3CX Assets — control whether users can bulk delete Extensions, Phones, SIP Trunks, and other assets

Toasts — Reduced display duration for non-error toasts.

Notification Methods — Email:

Added ability to add a custom email server to send Controvo emails through Pilot Feedback
Added ability to send a test email from the Controvo email server and your custom email server
Test email sends to whichever admin clicks the button

UI Improvements:

General UI improvements and updates across multiple areas for a more consistent experience
Reworked the Monitor editor for a cleaner, more intuitive workflow Pilot Feedback

March 11, 2026 — Alert Cooldown & Per-Column Filtering

Monitors — Added Alert Cooldown setting to the alert configuration. Set this value to avoid being bombarded with alerts for fast-paced monitors that may alert too frequently during an outage. Pilot Feedback

UI — All tables now have per-column search and filtering.

March 5, 2026 — Policy Notifications, Admin Roles & ConnectWise Fixes

Policies and Templates — Added column showing the last user who updated the data.

Policies — Added the user who made a change to update and assignment/unassignment notifications. New daily notification for Policy Application Failures, sent to all admins with the ADMIN role.

Roles — Locked down the ADMIN role. Now used to determine which admins receive failure notifications.

ConnectWise Integration — Fixed emails not sending on errors. Added 60-minute cooldown between error emails.
