Controvo integrates with ConnectWise PSA, Halo PSA, and Autotask PSA. Your PSA customers sync into Controvo, and 3CX alerts become tickets in your PSA that stay in sync as they are worked and closed.
Does Controvo support Microsoft 365 sign-in?
Yes. Your team can sign in to Controvo with their Microsoft 365 accounts, while Controvo roles still control what each person can see and do.
Where can Controvo store 3CX backups?
Controvo can send 3CX backups to any S3-compatible object storage you choose. It has been validated on Wasabi and Backblaze B2.
Is there a Controvo mobile app?
Yes. Controvo has apps for iPhone and Android. They are built for people working out of the office: handling onsite work without opening a laptop, speeding up onboarding, and checking the health of your systems from anywhere.
