Key takeaways:
- Controvo now integrates with Halo PSA and Autotask PSA, alongside ConnectWise PSA
- All three get the same integration: customer sync plus 3CX alert ticketing
- 3CX alerts land in your PSA as tickets, and both sides stay in sync as they’re worked and closed
- Setup is one tab under System → Integrations, with a Knowledge Base guide for each PSA
”Do You Work With Our PSA?”
Until now the honest answer was “only if it’s ConnectWise.” For a lot of 3CX resellers that ended the conversation, and fairly so. Your PSA is where tickets get dispatched, time gets logged and invoices come from. A monitoring tool that can’t put its alerts there just gives your team a second inbox to forget about.
So we built two more. Halo PSA and Autotask PSA are supported as of today.
What Shipped
Halo and Autotask work the same way our ConnectWise integration does:
- Customer sync. Your PSA customers line up with your Controvo customers, and you stay in control of what gets linked. Contacts and locations can come across too.
- Alerts become tickets. When a monitor trips, the ticket opens in your PSA under the right customer with the priority you set. Your techs work it there like any other ticket.
- Both sides stay in sync. Resolve the ticket in your PSA or close the alert in Controvo, and the other side catches up on its own.
ConnectWise partners get the improvements we made along the way, too.
Why This Matters
Controvo is meant to make a fleet of 3CX systems feel like one system, and that only works if the problems it finds land where your team already works. With three PSAs supported, your PSA is no longer a reason Controvo doesn’t fit. Set it up once and your team keeps working tickets the way they always have.
Try It
