Halo PSA integration — Connect Controvo to Halo PSA from System → Integrations. Your Halo customers sync with Controvo, and 3CX alerts become Halo tickets that stay in sync as they’re worked and closed. Read the announcement →

Autotask PSA integration — The same integration for Autotask PSA: customer sync and 3CX alert ticketing, set up from its own tab under System → Integrations.

Controvo for iPhone and Android — Controvo apps for iPhone and Android, built for techs working out of the office. Handle onsite work without opening the laptop, onboard faster, and check the health of your systems from anywhere.

ConnectWise PSA improvements — ConnectWise partners pick up the ticketing improvements built alongside Halo and Autotask.
