July 16, 2026 — Microsoft 365 SSO, SSL Monitor & IP Whitelisting

Microsoft 365 Single Sign-On (Beta) — Your team can now sign in to Controvo with Microsoft 365. An org admin turns on one organization-wide toggle, and members sign in with their 365 email instead of a separate Controvo password. Your Controvo role still governs what each person can see and do.

SSL Expiration Monitor(Pilot partner request.) A new monitor watches the SSL/TLS certificate on each 3CX system and alerts you before it expires, so a lapsed certificate never takes a client’s PBX offline without warning. Add it from the Monitors page and set the warning window that fits your renewal process.

Automatic IP Whitelisting — A new organization-level setting helps keep Controvo reliably connected to your phone systems, with less manual network configuration on your side.

Improvements:

  • Phone-System MFA — Refined the process for adding multi-factor authentication to the account Controvo uses to sign in to a phone system.

July 15, 2026 — Knowledge Base & CSV Importer

Ask the Knowledge Base — A new AI assistant on the Knowledge Base landing page answers Controvo how-to questions in plain language and links straight to the articles it drew its answer from. Ask a question the way you’d ask a colleague, and the answer comes back with reference chips to the source guides.

Knowledge Base Expansion — We wrote and backfilled articles for features that shipped over the last few releases, added contextual help links on the pages those articles describe, and rebuilt the on-page contents list so long guides are easier to scan. New guides cover ConnectWise setup, Microsoft 365 SSO, automatic IP whitelisting, and a recommended set of starter monitors.

CSV Importer Cleanup — Reworked how the importer handles uploaded files so imports behave more predictably. More importer work is on the way.

July 14, 2026 — Call Logs

Call Logs — Call Logs now pull full call history reliably across large, busy phone systems. Call-flow replay also follows the call more smoothly on complex routes.

Bug Fixes:

  • Policy, monitor, and task schedules no longer display and re-save as “Daily” when they were set to another cadence.
  • The audit log now resolves real entity names instead of raw IDs, and explains why some changes are filtered out of a view.

July 6, 2026 — Extension Editor

Extension Editor — The extension editor now covers more of an extension’s day-to-day setup, so routine changes need fewer trips into the 3CX Admin Console.

Coming Soon — Partner Support Portal

We’ve been building the back-office systems behind Controvo, including a dedicated portal for partners to submit support requests, report bugs, and file feature requests in one place. It isn’t live yet. We’ll have more to share as it rolls out.
