Controvo Goes Generally Available August 1

That date took three years to earn. This post is about what happened in those three years, because we think it’s the most important thing about the product. And if you’d rather not wait for August: the pilot is still open, and joining it now is the better deal. More on that below.

We Launched Last

Anyone can launch software now. A complete product can appear overnight from a team you’ve never heard of, with a polished website and a library of blog posts. Some of it even works.

  • 2026: An independent third-party penetration test, with findings reviewed, remediated, and retested.
  • August 1: General availability.

What Six Months of Pilot Actually Did

The pilot wasn’t a waitlist with a nicer name. Twenty MSPs ran their production fleets on Controvo for over half a year, and it shows in the product:

Their fleets found the bugs. Twenty portfolios means twenty flavors of real-world 3CX: odd trunk configurations, ancient templates, systems stuck mid-migration. They hit the edge cases first, and we fixed them before a paying customer could hit one.

Their requests became features. Pilot partners asked for call-flow heat maps, PNG exports for client reviews, and bulk agent management across 100+ queues. Each one shipped within days.
